Shipping and Returns

All orders received prior to 1pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped that day.

Orders received after 1pm, over the weekend or on a public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Postage in Australia

Items are sent using Australia Post Express Post.
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 for next day delivery in Australia.

Free Gift Wrapping

If you are purchasing a gift for someone we are more than happy to gift wrap your purchase and we will give it extra special attention including a handwritten gift tag with your personal message.

Refunds & Returns

We are happy to exchange any product/s that arrive to you faulty or damaged in any way.  To arrange an exchange, please call the Studio on 9958 7797 or email info@studiopetrinamilas.com.au with your name, invoice number, phone number, email address, shipping address and details of faulty/damaged product.  We will then provide instructions on how to return the product/s.  Return postage to Studio Petrina Milas will be at your own cost.  We must be advised within 7 days of receipt of any faulty or damaged product.  If you do not want a replacement, please note we do not refund, but will provide credit towards a future purchase.  Credits must be used within 12 months of issue.
